- My goal is to play my part in creating an abundant, cheap, sustainable energy system. I believe we need multiple times more electricity than we generate today, with zero emissions.
- More broadly, I view the goal of my career as to help steer the incredible advancement of digital innnovation to make the physical world bettter: abundant, sustainable, safe, beautiful, etc. Having amazing phones and watches with the same houses, offices, hospitals, cars, farms is not the future we want!

- I'm an occasional angel investor.
- I'm a lifelong Democrat but, above that, a patriot. I love San Francisco, California, and the United States of America.
